Design Thinking
Design thinking, according to my sources, is the innovation around business and sales. It is when you think of things that may be important when designing a product. You must gather information on who might be using the product, figure out what problems there could be, and think creatively to solve the problem. And then of course test these solutions. Three things to keep in mind are whether or not it is technologically possible, profitable, and desirable.
