Reflections

• Using Cospaces, I created a game with a knight fighting a dragon because I thought it would be cool.  I made three scenes, where you fought the dragon on the third scene

• During the process, I learned how to code the objects in the VR project. I learned how to change the scene whilst it was playing. I also learned how to make the camera go on the knight and make it look like it's from the knight's perspective. 

•  The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because I figured out how to code and make things do what I wanted.

• A challenge I overcame during this process was having things move too fast and too far. I overcame this challenge by changing the movement speed of the objects. I also had it so they could move in different directions.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would make it so the dragon could die. I would do this because fighting a dragon  that doesn't die is pointless. I would also change the fact that the knight couldn't die either.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  This is because my VR world can only be viewed online

• My project connects to careers in VR software engineering. VR software engineers create software to make sure the VR games run smoothly. They work with others in the VR community, as well as exploring new technologies in VR.  Their salary is $115,000 a year.
