7P4 Augmented Reality project

Using a computer, cospaces, a merge cube, an iPad, and a microphone, I created a story about a bear, because I thought that I could tell an interesting story about a bear. I also wanted to create an original story about a day in the life of a bear.

During this process, I learned how to create a AR world using cospaces. I also learned how to code a story using cospaces. Finally, I learned how 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to creative communicator, because I used cospaces and a merge cube to create an original story about a day in the life of a bear.

A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing anything about cospaces before this. I was able to do it by paying attention when Mr. Renner explained it and learning what certain blocks do.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the quality of the tranistions on the storytelling. The reason why I would change it is because the transitions are not all that great and the sides of the cubes kind of interfere with the zoomed in side.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in software design, animation, and game developing. It connects to these because it uses coding and computers to design an AR world.
