We are focusing on maintaining your overall general fitness while working on your basic climbing exercises.
You are welcome to complete the weekly programme below, at least three times/week (1-2 rest days in between)
1. Climbing Specific Drills / Exercises: (15 - 20 mins) -Infant and Junior
2. Strength and Conditioning workouts: (30 - 45 mins) Recommended for JUNIOR SCHOOL ONLY
