Programme Content:
Everyone should have the opportunity to become and remain physically active for life.
Our focus is to help members of the community to develop fundamental movements patterns that underpin the vast majority of human motion. This allows individuals to become competent and confident in expressing themselves within a physical capacity, therefore giving them more choices to remain physically active for life.
