Programme Content:
Our Intermediate Volleyball programme is designed for players who want to improve their skills. Participants are introduced to all positions and volleyball rules. Key skills of passing, setting, hitting, serving, bumping, and hit team offence is also taught. Skill drills are used through volleyball challenge games to ensure participants to practice in game situations, solidifying those skills and building confidence.
This is an introductory programme, where participants learn the basics of volleyball such as passing, serving, basic rules, and volleyball drills in a fun and non-competitive environment. We use modified volleyballs and a low net to introduce the foundation skills to the participants through fun volleyball related games.
