WITH VICKI HILL COACHING
Overview:
Ready to swim, bike, and run your way to confidence, fitness, and fun? Our Youth Triathlon programme is designed to introduce students to the exciting world of triathlon in a supportive and inclusive environment. Led by experienced endurance coach and ex UWCSEA PE teacher Vicki Hill, this activity helps young athletes build endurance, strength, and coordination across all three disciplines—while developing resilience, goal-setting skills, and a lifelong love of movement.
Whether you're new to triathlon or already have experience, each session is tailored to individual ability and focuses on technique, skill progression, and personal improvement. We foster a team spirit while encouraging every student to challenge themselves and enjoy the journey. For students interested in taking part in local triathlon events (at their own cost), this programme provides the ideal preparation to build confidence, fitness, and race-day readiness.

Trial:
If your child is uncertain about committing to the entire Season, we offer the opportunity to participate in up to two trial sessions.
Please note that the trial sessions are chargeable.
We follow the UWCSEA Seasons (4) throughout the year, and have breaks in the UWCSEA school holidays.
We are able to pro rate the season fees if you start after the season has started.
Cost (inclusive of GST)
(additional 10% for non-UWCSEA students)

Vicki Hill is an experienced endurance coach and PE teacher with a passion for helping young athletes unlock their full potential. With a background in elite-level sport and over 20 years of PE teaching coaching experience, Vicki combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, athlete-centred approach.
She holds a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and is an Ironman Certified Coach. She is known for creating positive, motivating environments where young people thrive. As a long-time, elite level triathlete herself, Vicki brings energy, empathy, and real-world insight into every session—balancing skill development with fun, fitness, and personal growth.
Whether working with beginners or aspiring competitors, Vicki is committed to developing confident, resilient athletes who enjoy the journey as much as the results.
