Parent Activities

Parents are an integral and valued part of our UWCSEA Community. We are excited to extend our Community Activities Programme to parents, offering a platform to engage in various enriching activities and connect with one another right here on Campus. It is a great opportunity to stay active while fostering valuable relationships within our community.

BEACH VOLLEYBALL

The beach volleyball programme focuses on beach volleyball techniques and skills for different levels, ages and abilities. It is aimed at parents / adults who want to learn the basics and advanced techniques of beach volleyball, for the fun of the sport.

BODY BLAST EXERCISE CLASS

Body Blast is a 60 minute group exercise class that uses a combination of bodyweight. cardio machine and resistance equipment. It is a great way to socialise and sweat with other parents from Dover campus. The class is suitable for all levels of ability and can be easily modified to work around any injuries or areas of concern.

HOCKEY

Indulge your passion for hockey with our new adult/parent programme! Whether you're dusting off your high school stick or a beginner, we welcome all skill levels.

The adult swimming programme is suitable for those who wish to keep fit, train for a triathlon, or challenge themselves to ocean swimming.
