Can non-UWCSEA Dover students sign up?
Yes, our Community Activities Programmes are open to both UWCSEA and non-UWCSEA community.
What is the refund policy?
If you need to withdraw due to illness/injury, we will follow the school refund policy. However, you need to inform us prior to the programme starting or once the injury/illness has occurred instead of after the programme ends. We also require a medical certificate / note to be submitted.

Can the fees be prorated?
Yes, fees can be prorated if a student joins mid-season. We do not prorate due to travel plans.
Can I have a trial session before committing to the whole season?
Yes, we offer up to 2 trial sessions before you commit to the whole Season . However, the trial sessions are chargable.
Is there any make up session if we miss any session?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any make up session for the session that you missed.
REGISTRATION QUESTIONS
When can I sign up for Activities?
Our sign ups open all year round. You can choose to sign up for all 4 seasons at the start of the year or sign up every season.
Where can I sign up for the Community Activities Programme?
All Community Activities Programme registration will be done using the College CIMS portal. Please click here for the registration guide.
Parents will need to sign up for their child as students will not have access to CAP registration.
How are activities allocated?
Activity allocations are done by preferences and not on a "first come first served basis".
TRANSPORT/FOOD QUESTIONS
Will transportation be provided for Community Activities Programme?
No transport will be provided for Community Activities Programme.
Will there be any food options?
Our Heritage Cafe will be open on Saturdays.Â
