Duration: 15-20 mins
Equipment: Just need to find a space and preferably a yoga mat / carpet
For this exercise, we will be loading the fingers in a full-crimp position
Bend your fingers and try to press your thumb on your index finger
Start off similarly in a position where you can hang for 3-5 seconds
Complete 8-10 hangs for each arm (5 seconds rest in between)
Press fingertips against the edge
Keep fingers locked as shown in the image
Keep your chest as close to the wall as possible
Recruiting the finger strength especially when holding on to very small climbing holds or rocks
Once you easily complete 10 hangs (each arm) and still have lots of energy left, progressively stand closer to the edge of the wall to increase intensity

Pass – On the grass between to front players.
RAINY-FUN
Damp – A girl in yellow pointing it.
Showers – The same girl is holding umbrella look at the edge of the umbrella.
Wet – Look at the umbrella covering the cat
Puddle – Look at the boy in yellow, down his jacket.
Storm – Look at the tree
Clouds – This is tricky, to get it look at the bush (plant), just behind the boy raising his hand. They look like leaves

Wet - Girl with yellow top
Swim - Middle of slide
Slide - First tree left corner
Float - Red float
Water - First tree right corner
Pool - Bottom left hand corner
Split - First tree left corner
