• Conference Schedule

• Translator Sign Ups

• Handouts for each grade level

Procedures:

1. Remind student of their conference time

2. Organize Folder for each Connection students. Items should include:

   • • Midterm Grades

     • ISASP Score Reports

     • Resource Fair Ticket

     • 2nd Semester DMACC Course Options

     • Graduation Information (Seniors Only)

     • Financial Aid Checklist QR postcard & LDS Pamphlet (Seniors Only)

     • ACT Flyer (Junior/Seniors)

     • "Come See Me" Invites from other teachers

     • If Applicable- DMACC Midterms

     • If Applicable- Edgenuity Progress Reports
