Objective: To increase students understanding and knowledge of what it means to be a millennial and how that may influence their attitudes, work ethic and opportunities both positively and negatively.

Procedures:

1.   Show video.

2.   Discussion questions:

• • What ideas from Simon Sinek could you relate to?  Do the ideas relate to you, personally, or your age group/someone you know, etc.?  Why or why not?

  • What ideas did you disagree with?

  • How would you describe your work ethic?  If it's strong/good....how did it get that way?

  • Are the ideas Simon Sinek presents different for different socio-economic groups?

  • Assuming some of these ideas may have some truth, how can you or your generation work to improve future generations?

  • Any other comments/questions?
