Materials: Digital Handouts - Sports/Fine Arts sheet + Clubs and Extracurricular sheet
Procedures:
First digital handout will consist of a list with all of the organizations/clubs/extracurricular activities we offer. Project and scroll the clubs and read them off one by one. The second digital handout is a list of the fine arts and athletic programs here at PHS. Please give them a chance to look through it. You may also inform the students at this time they have a color copy in their gmail account with the exact same information.
Read through the names of clubs and extracurricular opportunities sheet - this is not necessary with the sports and fine arts section.
Pull up slide show - there are notes under each slide. Please go through each slide with your class.
Please let students know if they have any questions about clubs, sports or any of the fine arts programs to come find Ms. Emma or the counselors.
