If you are experiencing issues with anything related to Salesforce, submit an IT request via the "+" button located in the top right hand corner of any window in Salesforce.
Click on the lightning bolt "IT Request" button.
Fill out the form completely, uploading a screenshot of your issue if possible and submit.
This will send your request directly to Zack Lightfoot, our Systems Director, who will be in touch regarding your issue in order to resolve it.
