All payroll-related items, including hours, vacation requests, commissions, etc... must be completed and submitted by end of business day on Monday of every week in order to be included on payroll for that pay period.
Anything submitted after close of business Monday of every week will be processed on the following pay period.
All payroll hours should be checked and any adjustments that need to be made should be completed by 5:00pm every Monday.
This includes any changes to time keeping hours as well as any PTO requests.
Any hours submitted or changes made after Monday @ 5:00pm will be included on the following week's payroll.
If any changes or additions are required, you will need to send an email to hr@firetruckmall.com in addition to a phone call notification of the necessary changes.
