Bethann at Command manages the master command spreadsheet, located here - Command Master Spreadsheet. She updates this sheet reflecting actual activity at Command, then notifies Brindlee of the activity, at which point, we can update In Salesforce using the processes below. This sheet can be used as a reference to accuracy, with questions referred to Bethann for confirmation.
Open an Opportunity with Record Type of Command Buy
Enter truck Information, with the Account related from Selling Fire Department
Create a subfolder in the Command Shared folder on Drive for the truck and upload purchase agreement.
After the Product record is created, update the Drive folder to include the stock number and then create a shortcut to the corresponding Apparatus Files folder.
Select the Command Product Family
Chatter Heather letting her know the product was created.
Sometimes Brindlee needs to sell a product to Command Fire. To accomplish this:
Create a sales opp to Command Fire for the Brindlee product
Obtain the sales price from the rep handling the transcation
Ensure the date payment received on Brindlee product matches date purchased on the newly created command product.

Change the Status to SOLD
Enter the Total Sales price In Truck Sales Price or Commission
Enter the (Total Expenses MINUS Labor) In Other Shop: CGS
Enter the Total Labor In the field Total Labor Price
Enter the (Profit Share x 50%) In Outside Commission
Enter the (Profit Share x 50%) In Gross Profit
Enter the buyer's name In the field Sold To Customer Account
Reference an example profit spreadsheet from Command below.
Mark the Date Payment Received on the Product once total payment has been received.
Once the Gross Profit Sheet is received we can update the Actual Gross Profit accordingly
Updated PDI section on the Product to reflect the month In which the sale Is recognized.
Update the Blue Date if finance has not done so already
Update the Accounting Period field
Add a link to the profit share sheet provided by Command Fire to Sales IP Notes section in the product.
Upload the Profit Excel Sheet provided by Command Fire to a Google Drive Folder for this Apparatus Stock # and ensure It Is entered In the Google Drive field of the Product.
Truck will now be added to the sales shown on the Command Fire Apparatus Dashboard

Open Command Email & Request the Sales Projected Delivery Date If It Is Not Provided
Mark the Status Sold
Enter the Total Sales price In Truck Sales Price or Commission
Enter the Buyer's name in the Sold to Customer Account
Update the Sales Actual Delivery or Pick-Up Date (Projected Delivery Date) Once CFA Provides the Date
Enter a Projected Gross Profit
20% of the Cash Over Debt Amount
Enter the Respective Blue Date
Add the attached Sales agreement to the Google Drive Folder
