Our service department is located in the front half of the Lower Shop. This is where trucks are checked in when they arrive for servicing. In the back half of the Lower Shop is where inventory and the refurb team is located. There is a gym in the mezzanine as well. In addition, Engine 4 is housed in the Lower Shop which is a full response unit.
Upper Shop

The Upper Shop is home to our parts department and detail crew. This is also home to the ambulance refurb team.

This is where trucks are parked when someone is coming to look at them or when they are ready to ship.

The Pump Pad is where trucks are pump tested.
