Open up the Bruce W. Anderson Google Drive Folder
Open up the folder with the current year
Open Bruce's email
Add the document to the Google Drive Folder
Open up the Document and rename it with the following naming convention: Month Year Bruce Anderson Report
Pull up a prior Bruce Anderson Report and copy and paste the Color Code to the new document
Blue = Informative
Red = Purchasing Lead
Green = Sales Lead
Purple = Service Lead
Review the report:
Look for any leads
Color code them
Look them up in SalesForce
Add any new leads in the system
Add a TQ/DC for Bruce Anderson
Company name: Bruce Anderson
Person: Bruce Anderson
Once the report has been fully reviewed, send out the edited document to the Purchasing team, Billy Claunch, and James Wessel.
