Open an Opportunity using the Record Type FireFleet
Open a new Google Drive Folder for the FD/Company (If needed) and vehicles In the Google Drive Fire Departments Folder, and add the link In the opportunity
Make a copy of the Google Sheet titled FireFleet Quote Template and save It In the folder just created above
Rename your newly created Google Sheet to match the opportunity, then fill out all yellow fields in the template.
If multiple, non-Identical units are Involved, copy the tab to create new tabs for each vehicle type
Enter the actual quote given the customer In the appropriate section to track history, as updating these quotes Is very common over time
Record email quote sent to customer to Salesforce opp, and follow up with customer as normal. We are not recording FireFleet quotes In Salesforce at this time (8.12.2023)
Using your previously created opportunity, Identify your source of funds for the project. Ensure cost of funds from source and sale of funds to buyer mean a positive overall deal for FireFleet, Including:
Rate differential
Cash Flow
Source of funds timing matches payment timing
Depreciation Benefit

Sign and obtain a counter-signature to close the transaction. Store the document In the google drive attached to the opportunity.
Send copy of the lease agreement to finance - authoratative FireFleet financial Information Is stored on a Quickbooks file managed by the finance department.
