To POST a schedule, log into the Proctor Portal and choose the yellow "Scheduling " button. A new tab will open on your browser.
If you do not have this button feel free to email testingservices@nationaltestingnetwork.com and request that it be added to your account.
Click the green "Schedule a new testing session" button.
You will be taken to a screen where you will input your schedule. The screen defaults to today's date and the current time.
Please make sure to put in the date you are looking for and the exam start time, being careful of AM vs PM.
Input the number of seats you would like to open in the session.
If you would like this to occur multiple weeks in a row check the "Recurring schedule" box and choose how many weeks you'd like it to continue.
Once the information is complete, click "Create Testing Session"
The screen will go to a month calendar for your site. You will see a confirmation message at the top.
If you schedule something that needs to be closed or edited you can also do that using this site.
To EDIT a schedule, log into the Proctor Portal and choose the yellow "Scheduling " button. A new tab will open on your browser.
Choose the testing session you would like to edit and click on it.
If you would like the session closed, enter 0 as the number of seats. and click the "Update" button.
If you would like it deleted from your schedule, email testingservices@nationaltestingnetwork.com and let us know. We would be happy to delete it.
