Open the CPAT worksheet by logging into the Proctor Portal and clicking on “Schedule Calendar”.
Click on the correct date.
There is a “CPAT Worksheet” button in the upper middle of the page, the worksheet will open as a printable document with candidate information auto filled in.
Print this worksheet on the morning of the test to ensure you are printing the latest candidate information.
CPAT worksheets are to be submitted via an ExamHQ upload or emailed to scoring@nationaltestingnetwork.com by the end of each testing day. The text in black is the information that is auto filled from the proctor site on your CPAT worksheet. The proctor fills in the text in red on the worksheet.
After you mark no-shows on the proctor calendar, you will need to mark them on your CPAT worksheet as well.
Practice CPATs are indicated by an auto filled P. If the candidate wishes to purchase a practice test for that day, hand write that candidate in with their name, test code and mark a P in the second column. Make a note in the last column that a practice test was purchased.
This column is used when a candidate is declaring this Practice CPAT be counted as their actual CPAT. Before taking their CPAT candidates have the option to turn their scheduled Practice Test into their actual CPAT test and run the practice test “Hot." No help or counseling will be given from the proctor during the exam and it will be run as a normal CPAT exam. If the candidate completes the test in the allotted time, the test will be counted as their CPAT. If not, the Practice Test will not be waived and the failing time/event will be applied to just the Practice test.
The candidate's name automatically filled in but must be filled out if hand entering a candidate.
The Test Code or Application Number is automatically filled in but must be filled out if hand entering a candidate.
Mark the time of completion of the candidate’s CPAT. The course is to be completed in less than 10 minutes and 20 seconds. Mark the time in minutes and seconds on the worksheet, there is no need to mark hundredths of a second. If the candidate takes longer then the passing time, but fully completes the course, still write the time of completion. If the candidate fails an obstacle, or decides to stop the test, mark 15:15 in the Time column along with the time they failed, the event number and a brief explanation of why they failed in the notes section. Do not mark the fail time of the candidate. At the beginning of the CPAT, start the candidate’s time at 10:20 and count down to the time of completion.
Two proctors’ initials are required to confirm each candidate’s test time. Please sign the form and make sure it is dated.
Proctors are to enter reason(s) why a candidate is disqualified and what part of the test the disqualification occurred.
