If you open the NTN testing kiosk and encounter a page that has red writing asking you to contact NTN Support because your IP address isn't cleared, please do the following.
Go to the IP Address Add/Change Request for Test Sites and log your issue with the new IP address.
IF there are candidates on the schedule that will be affected, contact the NTN Support team and let them know you have submitted an IP update request and that you have candidates who will need to be rescheduled as they cannot test today.
Note: It takes at least 1 business day to get this updated so you will not be able to host the test later in the day. NTNs Testing Services team will let you know when the IP has been cleared and you can test again.
