Administration Guide

This is the Test Administration Guide for National Testing Network (NTN) testing centers.

NTN testing centers administer exams for a variety of occupations and proctors will interact with a diverse candidate pool. It is critical that all candidates are treated equally. All tests must be administered consistently and according to testing standards. Proctors have a very important job, they must know what is permissible when candidates are taking a test as their decision on a specific issue may impact a candidate’s future. Any proctor who administers an exam must be certified.
