Capital letters are an extremely important part of grammar and punctuation, so its important that you know how and when to use them. Capital letters MUST be used at the beginning of sentences an as the first letter of a proper noun. For example "Animals are beautiful". "Me and Annie are good friends"
Full stops are vital in all writing, so today I'm going to teach you where to put them. Full stops MUST be placed at the end of every sentence. For example "I love eating ice-cream."
A contraction is when 2 words become one. It can also be made when you shorten a word. Here are a few examples:
Can't
Haven't
I've
Can't = cannot
Haven't = have not
I've = I have
