Books are perhaps one of the worlds best sources of information in the world. There are many days that celebrate books, but in this section we are going to look at one of my favorite. Book Week. Book week is a whole week for celebrating books, authors and illustrators. It was started in 1945, and since then, this has been the most enjoyable week in the year for millions of children in Australia. Every year there is a theme, and this year the theme is Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds, and the official poster is this:
The person who created the poster (to your left) is Shaun Tan. You may now this famous author from the books Cicada and Eric. Shaun was asked to create the poster last year with the given theme.
