Top tips
if you forget your password you can use the reset password function on the login page as demonstrated in video 2.
your line manager can also reset your password for you - video guidance on this for managers can be found in video 7.
if your account is not recognised, it may be that you set this up with a different email address.
if the email address registered with your learnPro account changes or becomes inactive, it will still act as your learnPro username and you can still use it to log in to your learnPro account.
you can update your learnPro account information yourself, such as updating your email address. Please watch video 3 for guidance on how to update your details.
your manager can allocate a module to you- video guidance on this for managers can be found in video 8.
if you come across any issues with modules - please send a screen shot when reporting them.
