In Ressu we are using following grade descriptions as help when assessing the working. The grade descriptions are same for all subjects and they focus on:

Student demonstrates understanding of how their learning is connected to wider entities and they can apply it faultlessly regardless of the learning engagement.
Motivation and collaboration:
Student is motivated and responsible. They collaborate constructively encouraging others.
Working:
Student participates actively, they return their assignments punctually and demonstrate initiative.
Student completes the given assignments.
Student is willing to share their understanding with others.
Student is positive and happy to work in a variety of learning situations and environments.
Student is able to analyze and assess knowledge and their own skills.
Student can understand how their learning is connected to wider entities and they can apply it in different learning engagements.
Student is motivated and responsible. They collaborate and are considerate towards others.

Student participates in work and accepts feedback. Student mostly completes their assignments and generally has a positive attitude towards their work.
Student lacks understanding of how to analyze and assess their own work and skills. It is challenging for the student to understand how some of their learning is connected to wider entities . They need practice and constant guidance in order to apply their learning.
Student does not generally show motivation towards school work. Student needs practice in collaboration skills.
Student’s participation in work varies, they complete, at least partially, their assignments and are capable of receiving feedback. Student’s attitude towards school work varies.
Student struggles to understand how to analyze and assess their own work and skills. They cannot understand how their learning is connected to wider entities. Student needs constant practice and guidance in order to apply their learning.
Student does not show motivation towards school work. Student needs constant practice and guidance in collaboration skills.
Student participates evadingly in work. Student is only capable of completing a fraction of their assignments and they have challenges in receiving feedback. Student’s assignments are unfinished. Student has an evasive and a negative attitude towards school work.
Student is not capable to analyze and assess their own work or skills. They cannot understand how their learning is connected to wider entities. Student cannot apply their learning despite practice or guidance.
Student does not participate in work and does not return given assignments. Student does not show any collaboration skills or willingness to collaborate.
Student does not produce work for assessment. Student has a negative attitude towards school work.
