Student Info Tabs

The Student Information screen or "Student Info Tabs" displays the student's record.    The categories and student fields that display are based on your user profile. You may not be able to view or edit certain fields. This page will list the various tabs the divide up the information on the student file.  The access to various information is driven by the access that each Data Leader or Subject Matter Expert is willing to allow each profile to have access to.  If you need additional access for your profile, consult with your school administrator and or the appropriate Data Leader/Subject Matter Expert. 

Take a look at the table of contents on the left side in the next section.  This is a list of all of the student info tabs in Focus and they are hyperlinked.  Click on the student info tab you want to learn more about.  If you have questions about who is responsible for the data on each of the student info tabs, look on the right side to see who the data leader is so you know who to contact with your questions.

Enrollment

The Enrollment screen displays the student's enrollment records, including previous school information and grade promotion status. Depending on your profile permissions, you may be able to add, edit, and delete enrollment records, withdraw students, and enroll students in a second school.

The System Preference for immunization compliance accesses student data for missing immunizations, which also generates a District Report. The Student Info module displays Immunization Compliance for each student; if Immunization Exemptions apply, they can also be logged on the Student Info screen.

Re-enrollment Restrictions

The Re-enrollment Restrictions category in Student Info is used to prevent a student from being re-enrolled in the district. The student cannot be enrolled from Add a Student or the Enrollment screen when there is an active re-enrollment restriction record in the Re-enrollment Restrictions tab for the student.
