- Editing an Address -

IMPORTANT STEP TO REMEMBER:
While entering the address, a small box with a loading ellipsis will appear; this is the Address Suggestion. If the ellipsis does not appear because it might not find the address, it could be do to the city or zip not matching.  Remove the city, state, and zip and try typing the address again.  You should find the address popping up in the ellipsis should appear.  Click on it and the possible address matches. If the address is listed, select it instead of typing everything into the corresponding fields.  This will add the address as it appears in the address catalog so it is formatted corrected for transportation.  This is a key step in making sure the address data in Focus will work for routing the student correctly.
