The communication module in version 12 of Focus replaces portal messages. The communication screen allows users to compose messages and post announcements. Currently, our district has the base communication module which does not include the more advanced features of SMS, Call Outs, Sign ups, translations, etc. Vendor documentation includes notes for features that require additional add on modules so be mindful when reviewing.
