Gradebook Reports
The Reports module allows teachers to run various reports, such as Missing Grades, Failing Grades, Extra Credit Grades, Highlighted Grades, Excused Grades, Custom Grades, and more, where grades can be reviewed and edited as needed.
Admin users, you will find access to these reports under the "Users" menu, selecting "Teacher Programs", and then clicking "Gradebook Reports." This will lead you to a Find a Teacher user search module where you can begin setting criteria for a search. The Search Screen module includes a search bar, the More Search Options feature, and options to Search All Schools, Include Parents, and Include Inactive Users.
Brief Description on Each Report:
Grade Breakdown Graphs report displays a breakdown of totals or assignments in the Gradebook by Column, Pie chart, or List. Click on the corresponding tabs for a different view of the data.
Missing Grades report lists all students who have at least one ungraded assignment.
Failing Grades report lists "All students who have failed at least one assignment."
Extra Credit Grades report lists "All students who have earned extra credit on at least one assignment."
Highlighted Grades report lists students who have a highlighted comment in the Gradebook.
Excused Grades report lists all students who have been excused from an assignment.
Transferred Students report lists students who have transferred from within the school district and into the sections assigned so you can see previous grades.
Progress Reports are a great way to generate a report for a single or multiple students on their progress within the current class or all classes.
Blank Gradebook report generates a PDF of a blank gradebook that can be downloaded, printed, etc.
Gradebook Audit Trail report shows changes that have been made to student grades in the gradebook over a specified period of time.
Student Participation report displays Participation scores for each student-organized by color.
Deleted Assignments report lists the Assignment Title, Deleted Date, the Term created, and the # (number) of Grades entered, with an option to restore the assignment.
