This website is aimed at students, parents and CAS advisors and is meant to familiarize them with the purpose of CAS and provide opportunities and inspiration.

CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service) is a core component of the IB Diploma Programme. Participation in CAS encourages students to be involved in creative pursuits (C), physical activities (A) and service (S) experiences in both local and international contexts.

CAS experiences emphasize the importance of life beyond the academics and stimulates students to explore how they can put the academics in meaningful action, become global citizens and create social impact.

CAS is organized around the three strands of creativity, activity and service defined as follows:

• Creativity—exploring and extending ideas leading to an original or interpretive product or performance.

• Activity—physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle.

• Service—collaborative and reciprocal engagement with the community in response to an authentic need.

Ce site internet s'adresse aux élèves, aux parents et aux superviseurs du CAS et a pour but de les familiariser avec l'objectif du CAS et de leur offrir des possibilités et de l'inspiration.

Le programme CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service) est une composante essentielle du Programme du diplôme de l'IB. La participation au programme CAS encourage les élèves à s'engager dans des activités créatives (C), des activités physiques (A) et des expériences de service (S) dans des contextes locaux et internationaux.

Les expériences CAS soulignent l'importance de la vie au-delà des études et incitent les élèves à explorer la manière dont ils peuvent mettre les études en pratique, devenir des citoyens du monde et avoir un impact social.

Le programme CAS est organisé autour des trois composantes créativité, activité et service, définies comme suit.

• Créativité – Exploration et prolongement des idées résultant en une représentation ou un produit original ou d’interprétation.

• Activité – Effort physique contribuant à une bonne hygiène de vie.

• Service – Engagement collaboratif et mutuel avec la communauté en réponse à un besoin authentique.
