Important Information

report card and contact information update

Parents, we appreciate your patience through the delay in mailing home 1st Semester Report Cards. Three days this week we experienced outages from our Student Information System (JCampus) provider and Thursday we experienced a campus-wide network failure. It was truly a series of unfortunate events. In spite of these speedbumps, we were able to print Report Cards Friday morning. All report cards will be placed in the mail Tuesday, January 12. A call-out will remind parents of the mailout date. In the interim, you can always check your student's grade through the Online Parent Portal.

Included in the mailout you will receive:

  1. Report Card of final grades for the 1st Semester

  2. Student Demographic Sheet

      1. Please review the contact information the school has on file.

      2. Make any changes or updates to the contact information and send to the school (drop-off, email BSeals@ebrschools.org)

      3. If we do not have a current email on file, please send a copy of your email address.

  3. If applicable: Academic Probation Notification letters with directions for mandatory probation meetings and activities.

Spring Production

Little Women: The Musical. There will be a mandatory informational meeting prior to the auditions on January 13th at 6:30 PM where audition material will be given out. The auditions are on January 20th from 3:30-6:30 PM and callbacks are on the 21st from 3:30-5:30 PM. The show consists of 6 lead female roles, 3 lead male roles, and various ensemble roles to be filled. Absolutely no previous theatre experience is required! If you have an interest in performing, we'd love to have you!

School-wide Late work and make-up policy

Last Tuesday we implemented a school-wide late work and make-up policy. This policy will be used in all classes on campus except Dual Enrollment (DE course policies are dictated by the college of record.)

Please check the online Parent Portal daily to track your student's grades and reach out to teachers with any concerns throughout the semester. It is important to note in our policy that Formative Assessments have a strictly defined timeline for submission before the grades are permanently recorded as a zero.

Students with IEPs and IAPs can reach out to Ms. Kelly (PKelly1@ebrschools.org), counselors, or teachers for clarification on how this policy applies to students with accommodations.

carpool reminders

  1. Please drive slowly in the parking lot. We have students walking through the parking lot and being dropped off. We also have some inexperienced student drivers.

  2. There are two drop off areas where students may enter campus. Please use both so the carpool line does not back-up onto Lee Drive. (#1 A Building Office #2 between D Building and Black Box Theater)

  3. Please do not drop off students or block traffic flow in the right carpool lane. The left lane, nearest the building is designated for drop off and the right lane is designated for driving.

  4. Drop-off must take place with enough time for students to get to the classroom by 7:15.
