Areas of emphasis on campus

Class-change Tardies

Our standing tardy policy has been that students are not admitted to class tardy without reporting for a tardy slip in the C Building office. Students must be IN CLASS by the time the tardy bell rings at 5 minutes.

Indoor Dress Code (Hoods and Hats)

Students are not allowed to wear a hood or a hat in the building. Students must remove hoods and hats before entering each building.

School ID

Starting January 5, all students must be wearing their school ID at all times. Students who did not take a picture will do so Wednesday or Thursday. (In person students will take pictures at lunch, virtual students should report to take pictures from 12-3.) Any student who did not receive their ID should report to the library for pick-up starting January 5. Students who do not have their ID will be required to purchase a daily temporary ID ($1). Replacement ID cards cost $8.

Car riders/morning carpool

Please remember that class begins at 7:15. All students should be dropped off no later than 7:10 each morning. Students who are not in class by the 7:15 bell are tardy. Morning tardies are counted towards both attendance and discipline policy. Please consider traffic patterns, morning road conditions, and possible route interruptions when planning leave time for carpool. Student drop-off may begin as early as 6:45.
