Quizzes Procedures

Dear Parents (Grades 9 to 12),

Kindly note the following regarding the quizzes of the 2nd term in Arabic and English for grades 9 to 12:

1. Updates in Evaluation Procedures:

   • The minitest-1 and ministest-2 have been cancelled in Arabic and English, and replaced with four quizzes for each subject.

   • Each quiz has a weight of 10% of the total mark of the 2nd term.

2. Quizzes Dates:

   • The quizzes will be held during the following weeks as mentioned below. (Note: These dates are tentative)

     1. Arabic Language:

        • 1st Quiz: Thursday,18/03/2021. (Students have been informed through the homework plan and have been reminded by their teachers)

        • 2nd Quiz: Thursday,22/04/2021.

        • 3rd Quiz: Thursday,20/05/2021.

        • 4th Quiz: Thursday,03/06/2021.

     2. English Language:

        • 1st Quiz: Thursday,15/04/2021.

        • 2nd Quiz: Thursday,29/04/2021.

        • 3rd Quiz: Thursday,27/05/2021.

        • 4th Quiz:

          • 1. 1. 1. • Grades 9 & 11: Monday,31/05/2021.

                     • Grades 10 & 12: Sunday,30/05/2021.

3. The Required Material and the Allocated Time:

   • The class timing on Thursday will be updated for grades 9 to 12 on the school management system as follows:

     1. The 2nd period will end at 09:30 AM.

     2. The quiz will be held from 09:35 to 10:05 AM. (Quiz duration is 30 mins ONLY)

     3. The 3rd period will start at 10:10 AM.

   • The required material will be added to the homework plan on the school management system.

   • Google Classroom will be the main platform for the previously mentioned quizzes.

4. How to join the quiz session:

   • The session link will be added to the top part of the homepage of the school management system under the following title (Click here to join quiz session).

5. Online Test Taking Protocols:

   • The protocol of the minitest-1 of the 2nd term will applied for the quizzes. (Click here to read the protocols)
