This week we are doing ratios, specifically equivalent ratios. Thinks about all the baking that has been done during the last couple months. This topic puts together my two favourite sayings in Math class, "Mathematicians are lazy and want to use simple numbers" and "This math is real-world stuff". Happy ratios!
Google Meet at 2:15 on Wednesday for any ratio questions!
Historical Timeline
As you have been learning more about the past and events around the world, it becomes important to document events. This year has been particular challenging and different for many of us, however there are many other events that have shaped who we are and have had an impact on our life.
You will create a timeline starting from the year you were born until now. Don't forget to complete the check list when you are done!

This week, (the first part of a two part lesson) I would like you to research an inventor or innovator to learn about that persons qualities/character traits as well as the process they had to go through to create their product.
Next week, you will have the opportunity to fill out an innovation/invention application form where you will plan and design your own invention/innovation!
Please remember to answer all the questions in detail and to conduct thorough research! Your success criteria is posted in the "instructions" tab.
