Rivet Gun

Overview

The rivet gun is used to attach two pieces of extrusion to each other where screws would be unable to reach or too time consuming. You could use a manual, electric, or pneumatic gun.

Manual

The manual rivet gun is completely man powered and not constrained to anything however you need to have a strong grip in order to use it

Electric

The electric rivet gun uses a drill battery to function, it is fast and not constrained to anything however it relies on having a charged battery life.

Pneumatic

The pneumatic rivet gun uses the air compressor to function, This makes the gun both fast and easy to operate at the cost of being constrained to the air compressor

Rivets

In case the holes of the metal that you are trying to conjoin is either too big or too small for your rivet go back and get the appropriately sized one, this will ensure that you are able to safely and securely fasten both pieces to eachother

Bits

In case a rivet is either to small or too big to fit in the tip of any of the rivet guns , you are able to change this bit which is stored in the back of the manual and electric rivet gun

Removal

In case you would like to remove rivets, use a drill with a appropriately sized drill bit so it doesn't enlarge the hole the rivet resides in. consider having a friend or vice hold your workpiece for safety.
