CNC ROUTER ZEROING VIDEO
Ensure Safety: Before the machine is turned on, ensure the E-stop is pushed in, and remove any obstructions from the machine's path.
2. Power On: Turn on the CNC router along with ShopSabre.

3. Initialize Machine: On ShopSabre, find and select the “Home” command, then wait for the machine to Home.
4. Position the Tool: Move the router’s tool to the corner or the desired reference point of your workpiece. This can be done manually usingthe Shopsabre controls. (Arrow keys)

5. Zero the X and Y Axes: Once the tool is aligned with the exact corner or desired point of your workpiece (often the front-left corner,) use Shopsabre to set the X and Y axes to zero with the "XY Zero" button.
6. Position the Tool Above the Workpiece: Move the tool down using the slow speed until it is hovering just above the workpiece.

7. Paper Z Axes Check: Use a piece of paper to determine the exact point where the tool makes contact by shifting the paper back and forth while slowly lowering the Z-Axes. Do this until the tool and paper make contact, and the paper no longer easily shifts.
8. Set Z Zero: Once the tool is at the correct height, set the Z coordinate to zero in ShopSabre with the "Z Zero" button.
