Start off connecting your power cable, USB A to B cable, and flipping the power switch.
Release the retention handles, load the vinyl, and re-engage the retention handles.
Now that the handle is lifted, you can move the wheels to better fit your material. Make sure to have the wheels hover over where the material would be, and double check to make sure all the wheels are over a roller, as shown in this picture.
If the wheel isn't hovering over a roller, it will cause your material to squished and get displaced while cutting.
Load in the vinyl as best you can, trying to leave little gaps along the side to make sure you can cut through most of your materials once you set your origin point.
From this main menu, use the up and down arrows to set the pressure shown as PRS mesured as grams. Check your material's specifications or expirement with the test setting. It can be accessed by clicking select so it's highlighted, then pressing enter.
You can set the speed using the left and right arrows, shown as SPD measures in millimeters per second (mm/s). Increasing the speed can cause certain materials to drag while cutting, leaving stray or inaccurate cuts, and the material being damaged.
Using Select and Enter, navigate to the local menu, while hovering over current, use the left and right arrows, to hover over the desired origin point, and press enter on current.
