CCS has 96 school psychologists! As a result, staff have a variety of opportunities to work with colleagues and receive frequent professional development. Once a school psychologist completes the tenets of the job then they are encouraged to pursue any passion or interest that will help students and staff and their schools. See the in the news section showing what some of our school psychologists are doing! Some school psychologists have been able to create specialized positions in the district. These roles include consultation and support in the areas of BCBA, ESL, TBI, Mindfulness, and LGBTQ.
