CCS Pay Scale Overview

• School psychologists are part of the teachers' union and follow the same pay-step schedule as teachers

Determining Base Salary

• Internship year counts toward your years of experience

• The district honors up to 10 years of experience

Supplemental Pay for School Psychologists

• Add $14,203 to the base pay as supplemental compensation

• This accounts for the additional four weeks psychologists work during the school year

Example Calculation

• Education level: Master’s + 30

• Experience: 1 year 

• Base salary: $59,141 + Supplemental pay: $14,203

• Total first-year pay: $73,344
