Creating and Accessing FBA/BIP/BFF

CCS staff are able to create or view Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and the Behavior Function Finder (BFF) in Infinite Campus or IEP Anywhere.

Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) 

All CCS staff are able to access and create behavior incident forms that require a control or seclusion for a student.  To view the video on how to access the incident form click HERE

*IMPORTANT: please remember that if you are not CPI trained, you should not be engaging in any controls with children

You can request consultation, observation, and/or support from a behavior specialist for any student who displays significant behavior difficulties. Please be aware that this form should only be submitted with approval from your building administrator, SPED coordinator, or MTSS coordinator.
