Determining Due Dates
Initial Evaluations - 60 DAY Deadline Feature in SameGoal
As part of the indicator 11 agreement school psychologists will work to ensure initial evaluations are completed within 60 days. Below is a guidance sheet and brief training video on how to access the SameGoal Deadline feature that can assist with providing a calendar visual to identify when an initial evaluation is due. Please use this deadline feature to assist with completing your initial ETRs within the timelines.

Many of the forms school psychologists use can be created in SameGoal. While School Psychologists are encouraged to use the forms in SameGoal, you are able to access the word document templates in our Google drive to assist with completing their evaluations.
