Requesting a Language Interpreter
Changes to the Language Interpreter Request Process
The ESL Department is testing out a new software to process translation requests. Innive K12 360 ESL Interpreter Application, which is set to replace our current system, Lotus Notes. The current system to request interpreters will be decommissioned on 6/30/2024.
To provide context, the Innive K12 360 is designed to simplify the process of requesting interpreters for various scenarios, offering a streamlined, single sign-on experience.
Access is being provided to only a select group of individuals, which includes all guidance counselors, social workers, intervention specialists, and psychologists. The link to access the new software is provided below. Your firsthand experiences and valuable feedback will be instrumental in shaping the success of this innovative tool.
We recognize the significance of ensuring a smooth transition, and your vital role as team members is pivotal to the success of this process. If you have a request that was previously submitted on the old system (Lotus Notes), there is no need to worry. Those requests will continue to be processed as usual. For all future requests, please submit them using this new software.
To sign in, click on the link then click on "Sign in with Microsoft," then click "Accept,". Please bookmark the link for easy access. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to either myself or Fayza Diriye at fdiriye@columbus.k12.oh.us
Thank you for being part of this exciting journey towards improved communication and efficiency!
