Mini Show on March 8th / ３月８日ミニショーについて
Dear Saturday School Parents and Guardians,
サタデースクールの保護者の皆様
We are pleased to invite you to the Mini Show on March 8th.
3月8日に開催される「ミニショー」にご招待いたします。
This time we would like to invite 2 family members per student. Infants are not included in the number of guests and are welcome to come along.
今回は生徒一人に対し家族２名までご観覧いただけます。乳幼児は人数に含みませんので、一緒にお連れいただいて大丈夫です。
★The show starts at 12:00pm in the big gym. Parents are welcome to come to school after 11:50.
ショーは12時に体育館で始まります。保護者の方は11時50分以降に学校にお越しください。
★Lunch will be provided for the students by the school. You don't need to send lunch with your child. The menu is Karaage, White Rice, Sweet Potato and Carrots, Side Salad and Chocolate cake. If your child has a food allergy, alternative food will be prepared.
昼食は学校から生徒に提供されます。お子様にランチを持たせる必要はありません。メニューは唐揚げ、ごはん、さつまいもとにんじん、サラダ、チョコレートケーキです。食物アレルギーをお持ちのお子様には、代替食をご用意いたします。
We also ask you to follow the rules below.
また以下のルールを守っていただきますようお願いいたします。
Stay home if any family member has a fever, cold symptoms or feels sick.
生徒・家族に、発熱・風邪症状・体調不良がある場合は、自宅待機してください。
Prepare indoor slippers and a bag to put your outside shoes in.
上履きと外履きを入れて持ち歩く袋をご用意ください。
The seats in the big gym will be on a rotating basis. The parents of the performing class can sit on the chairs. We ask the rest of the parents to stand and watch the show. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
体育館の椅子席を用意しますが交代制となります。出演するクラスの保護者の方は椅子に座って観ていただけます。それ以外のクラスの保護者の方は、立ってご鑑賞いただきます。
