春学期最終日（6/18）ご案内 / Last Day (6/18) Announcement Spring Term 2022

As Mr. Fleming announced in the Newsletter, we will not be able to have guests on the Last Day due the current COVID guidelines. We were hoping that we would be able to have some family members join but we still need to limit the amount of people in a room and would have to implement stricter rules if we were all eating together.

On the last day, we will be having activities with the classes and enjoying a meal prepared by Cesar’s Kitchen. Students will not need to bring their snacks / lunches.

We hope that the students enjoy the last day event.

The school will start at 9:00am and finish at 1:00pm as usual. The school bus will also run as scheduled.

フレミング先生がニュースレターでお知らせしたように、現在のガイドラインでは最終日のイベントに保護者の皆様を招待するのは難しいという結論に至りました。何らかの形でご家族に来校いただけるかと考えましたが、一部屋に入れる人数を制限する必要があり、みんなで食事をするとなると、より厳しいルールが必要になるからです。

サタデースクール最終日は、各クラスごとにアクティビティーに参加し、当校レギュラー・プログラムでランチを担当しているシーザーズ・キッチンによる食事を用意します。生徒達はスナック/ランチを持参する必要はありません。

学校は通常通り、午前９時開始、午後１時下校です。スクールバスもスケジュール通り運行致します。

ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

Parents' Open Day on May 21st ／５月２１日の保護者参観について

We are pleased to invite you to our Open Class Day on May 21st. We look forward to seeing you at school. This will be a great opportunity to see your child participating in Saturday School classes.

５月２１日の授業参観のご案内です。お子様のサタデースクールでの様子をご覧になる良い機会ですので、是非ご参観ください。

Since there are still the 3C restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, only one parent/guardian per student is invited. We apologize for this decision but we hope you understand that maintaining a safe and healthy school environment is our priority under the current situation.

感染拡大防止のために３密を避けなければいけませんので、残念ながら参観者の人数を生徒一人に対し保護者（大人）１名のみ、と制限させていただきます。このような決断に至り申し訳ございませんが、安全で健康な学習環境の維持を最優先と考えますのでご理解いただきますようお願いいたします。

We have handed out a name tag per family that will need to be worn on that day so that we can better control the numbers. Please check your child’s bag and find an envelope with your name tag enclosed. The envelop was handed out last Saturday, May 14th.

ご家族にはネームタグをお渡ししますので、当日はそのネームタグをつけていただき、人数を管理させていただきます。先週の土曜日（ 5/14）にお子様に封筒を手渡ししましたので、お子さまのバッグの中のご確認をお願いします。

Parents are welcome to come and see the 4th period class starting at 12:00. Periods 1 to 3 will be regular classes.

保護者の皆さまは１２時からの４時間目の授業を参観いただけます。１～３時間目は通常授業となります。

Limited school slippers are available, we appreciate you bringing your own from home.

学校のスリッパには数に限りがありますので、室内履きをご持参ください。

Announcement for the Spring term / 春学期についてのお知らせ

It was very nice to see you all at the orientation and placement test last Saturday. We are excited to start classes this Saturday, April 16th.

先週の土曜日、オリエンテーションとプレースメントテストで皆さんにお会いできて、とても嬉しかったです。今週の土曜日、4月16日にクラスを開始するのが楽しみです。

春学期についてのお知らせです。

●The notification of your child's placement has been emailed to you. Please check the name of the class and the number of the classroom before you come to school on Saturday. If you haven't received an email from the school, please let the school know asap.

お子様のクラス決定通知はメールでお送りしました。土曜日に登校する前に、クラス名と教室の番号を確認してください。もし、学校からのメールが届いていない場合は、至急学校にお知らせください。

●For those who have a food allergy, please fill out the form below by Thursday, April 14th. We need the food allergy information to arrange the meals for event days.

食物アレルギーがある方は、4月14日(木)までに下記のフォームを記入してください。イベント日の食事手配のため、食物アレルギーの情報が必要です。

The first day of the Saturday School 2022 is April 16th.

2022年度サタデースクールの初回授業日は4月16日です。
