Winter Concert on November 20th / １１月２０日のウィンターコンサートについて
Dear Saturday School Parents and Guardians,
サタデースクールの保護者の皆様
We are pleased to invite you to the Winter Concert on November 20th. It’s been almost two years since Saturday School had a term-end event with parents and we are very excited to have this opportunity to share this experience with you.
11月20日に開催される「ウィンターコンサート」にご招待いたします。サタデースクールが保護者の皆様と一緒に学期末のイベントを行うのは約2年ぶりですが、このような機会を持てることをとても嬉しく思います。
Although several restrictions in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic have been removed, the school has to do our best to maintain a safe and healthy school environment. Thus only two parents/guardians per family are invited to the concert. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
新型コロナウィルス感染拡大に関するいくつかの制限は解除されましたが、学校は安全で健康的な学習環境を維持するために最善を尽くさなければなりません。そのため、コンサートへのご招待は、1家族につき2名の保護者の方に限らせていただきます。皆様のご理解をお願いいたします。
★The concert starts at 12:00pm in the big gym. Parents are welcome to come to school after 11:45.
コンサートは12時に体育館で始まります。保護者の方は11時45分以降に学校にお越しください。
★Lunch will be provided for the students by the school. You don't need to send lunch with your child. The menu is Cezars Roast Turkey, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Broccoli with Carrots, Side Salad and Chocolate cake. If your child has a food allergy, alternative food will be prepared.
昼食は学校から生徒に提供されます。お子様にランチを持たせる必要はありません。メニューはシーザース風ローストターキー、グレービーソース付きマッシュポテト、ブロッコリーとにんじん、サイドサラダ、チョコレートケーキです。食物アレルギーをお持ちのお子様には、代替食をご用意いたします。
We also ask you to follow the rules below.
また以下のルールを守っていただきますようお願いいたします。
No siblings, grandparents or uncles/aunts are allowed to attend the Winter Concert.
兄弟姉妹、祖父母、おじおばのウィンターコンサートの観覧はご遠慮ください。
Stay home if any family member has a fever, cold symptoms or feels sick.
生徒・家族に、発熱・風邪症状・体調不良がある場合は、自宅待機してください。
Wear the parent name tags. You may be refused to attend the concert if you don’t have it. An additional name tag will be handed out to your child on Saturday, November 13th.
保護者用名札を着用してください。名札がない場合はコンサートの観覧をお断りすることがございます。追加分の名札は１１月１３日（土）の生徒に手渡しします。
Prepare indoor slippers and a bag to put your outside shoes in.
上履きと外履きを入れて持ち歩く袋をご用意ください。
The seats in the big gym will be on a rotating basis. The parents of the performing class can sit on the chairs. We ask the rest of the parents to stand and watch the show.
体育館の椅子席を用意しますが交代制となります。出演するクラスの保護者の方は椅子に座って観ていただけます。それ以外のクラスの保護者の方は、立ってご鑑賞いただきます。出演するクラスの保護者の方は、椅子に座っていただけます。それ以外の保護者の方は、立ってご鑑賞いただきます。
