The VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) were phased in in 2023. 2024 Year 11 and Year 12 students are able to continue or begin the VCE VM in 2024. In addition Year 8, 9 & 10 students have the option for completing an applied learning program.
Students at Year 10, 11 or 12 completing either the VCE Vocational Major (VM), Applied Learning Program or mainstream Year 10 classes will:
Have access to TAFE courses
Have the option of completing a School Based Apprenticeship
Have the option of completing work placement as paid employment or volunteer work
