Transcript Requests
2023/2024 Transcript Procedures
Please refer to the statement that applies to your transcript needs.
Seniors (Class of 2024)
We send official transcripts to most colleges and universities electronically through Naviance.
Each senior will receive an updated unofficial copy of your transcript for your use during your Senior meeting in September.
CMS board policy stipulates that we run class rank on the 2nd week of September, therefore we will not release official transcripts through Naviance until after rank occurs.
There will be plenty of time for them to be received before the first early decision deadlines.
Seniors will be able to request mid-year transcripts when they are available after grades are stored at the end of first semester. Please use Powerschool to self-report for schools that do not require an official mid-year transcript.

General Transcript Requests
For all general transcript request please follow the following steps:
Send an email to houghtranscripts@gmail.com
You must use a personal (non-school) email address.
(CMS will block responses from non-CMS email addresses)
Please put "TRANSCRIPT REQUEST" in the subject line of your email.
In the body of the email please include the following:
Name
Reason for request
Format requested (pdf emailed, printed, official printed & sealed)
Please Note:
Students can expect a response from this account within 3-5 school days during the school year.
This email is NOT for requesting college admissions transcripts or withdrawing from Hough.
Examples of requests that will be approved:
Athletic recruitment / Camps
Scholarships (that don't require portal access by a counselor)
Unofficial for self-reporting
Meeting with a college advisor
Taking a college visit
Proof of enrollment for Taxes/Disability
NCAA Clearinghouse
Students who need transcripts submitted to the NCAA Clearinghouse need to first register with the NCAA Clearinghouse. There is no need to complete the transcript request form. Once you are registered we will be alerted and will submit your transcripts. Please go HERE to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse.
Former Graduates
Former Hough students who need to request a transcript should click HERE to access the CMS procedures.
Hough High School does NOT retain records after graduation.
