This is my 13th year as a school psychologist and 8th year at Hough.  

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Davidson College and my Master's and Specialist's Degree in School Psychology from Winthrop University.  I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. When I am not working at Hough, I enjoy hiking with my dog Echo, traveling, curating my plant collection, and watching Carolina Panthers' games. 

My advice for students:

Self care is a priority, not a luxury.
