This is my 24rd year as a high school counselor, and my 13th year as a school counselor at Hough High School.  

I received my undergraduate degree from UNC Charlotte, and my Masters in Counseling from UNC Charlotte as well.  I am originally from Greensboro NC, but moved to Charlotte NC and never looked back.  When I am not working at Hough,  I enjoy cooking, exploring and spending time with my husband and 2 children, Zach (13) and Alexa (11).

My advice for my students:  

Live in the present and FIND YOUR PASSION!
